Samples submitted for the ShortSeq Plate Sequencing service must meet the following criteria:

• require a read length <550 bps
• be submitted in the premixed format, and
• require Standard Read sequencing conditions

Please note you can submit only plasmids, only PCR Products, or a mix of these samples in different wells of the same plate. All sample templates must be submitted pre-mixed with primer.

To order a ShortSeq Plate sequencing service, download the excel sheet through the link below. Select the sample type (a single cell that applies to all samples) and enter the names of the samples. By default every sample submitted for the ShortSeq Plate sequencing service is considered to be Premixed. After uploading the filled excel sheet, confirm the details of your sample and add the same to the cart.
