Express Oligos
Express Oligos are now standard. It is the same price as normal oligos, no premium fees apply. Express Oligos are synthesized and shipped the same day you order. Delivery time is based on the shipping method you select. Express Oligos must meet the following criteria:

Please note that overnight delivery of these oligos is dependent on successful QC validation. Problems in QC typically result when the internal quality assessment criteria are not met; these can be sequence dependent, such as high percentage of degenerate bases, lower than expected yields, or GC-rich sequences.
To identify if your oligo qualifies as an Express Oligo, login to your account and simply type in the desired sequence in the appropriate box in the Custom DNA Oligos in Tubes order editor; a green message will appear under the name of the oligo. Please note that an order of Express Oligo(s) cannot be canceled. If any of the Express Oligo requirements are not met the expedited shipping option will not be available to you.
Custom DNA Oligos
You have three options to order custom DNA oligos: Manually enter the desired oligo(s) information, Copy & Paste the information or upload the details using the provided excel template.
Manual Entry
Step 1: Select the number of oligos you would like to order
Step 2: Provide the name of the oligo and type in the sequence. Select the other features, such the modifications at the 5′ and 3′ termini. To order sequences with internal modifications, place the cursor at the desired position of the sequence, select the internal modification and hit insert. Make appropriate purification, scale, and delivery choices before hitting add to cart.
Copy & Paste
Copy and paste the name of the oligo and the desired sequence in the field provided. Use the designators for including modifications in the sequence. Ensure that you do not use multiple delimiters in the name of the oligo.
Upload File
To order oligos using the excel upload form, please use the form provided below. Fill the relevant details in the cells of the work-sheet and upload the completely filled sheet on the Ecom site.
Ordering degenerate or wobble bases
You can order a mixture of bases at various selected positions in the sequence using the IUB codes at those positions in the sequence. When you use IUB codes for ordering degenerate bases, our synthesizer uses predefined conditions to insert equal quantities of the IUB recognized bases at the appropriate positions. No additional fee is charged when the single letter IUB code is used.
