Eurofins Genomics offers an extensive line of dual-labeled probes for use in quantitative, real-time PCR (qPCR). We have a wide range of dye–quencher pairs for use in hydrolysis and Molecular Beacon assays. Each probe is purified by HPLC and available on a variety of scales. Most probes are also available in the 50 nmole synthesis scale. Dual-labeled qPCR probes are typically delivered within 5 days.

To order a dual-labeled probe using Manual Entry:
Step 1: Select the dye - quencher pair. We have pre-assembled several widely used dye - quencher pairs. Select the desired pair and the scale at which the synthesis is required.
Step 2: Enter your sequence. Enter the desired sequence into the box below and add to the cart.

To order probes using File Upload:
Step 1: Download the excel file and enter the sequence information. Please note that you will have to select Dye - Quencher pair in the second step.
Step 2: Select the Dye - Quencher pair and the synthesis scale for the production of the probes. Add these probes to the cart.
