Use this order editor to order RNA / DNA (chimeric) oligonucleotides. Please note that if you wish to order RNA bases only, you still need to user the parenthesis characters () to correctly identify them as RNA bases, e.g. (ACGU).

Please use the following format to enter the various segments of the sequence:
ACGT = DNA bases,
(ACGU) = RNA bases,
A*C*(G*U) = PTO '*' linker between the DNA and RNA bases,
I = 2'-deoxyInosine,
U = 2'-deoxyUridine, and
standard IUB/IUPAC codes for the degenerate bases.

For example, to place an order for the chimeric dA dC rA rU dN rC dT dU dC*rC rU,enter the following AC(AU)N(C)TUC*(CU) in the chimeric order editor. Please note that all RNA and chimeric oligos are delivered after HPLC purification.
