Users can always ship samples using their normal shipping department. Some institutions even have special relationships with UPS, Fedex, USPS, or DHL which are advantageous to your lab. We recommend using overnight shipping to preserve the quality of the samples and ensure the fastest turnaround time.

3. Prepare Package
Place your samples, and page 2 of the order confirmation print out, inside a ziplock bag or other suitable container. Next, place all materials inside a shipping envelope or box provided by your organization.
4. Ship Through Your Organization's Shipping Carrier
Each organization is different but most have a contract with UPS, Fedex, DHL or another carrier company. Find out how your organization normally ships packages out and utilize that resource to submit samples.
We highly recommend shipping using the overnight "early AM" option to ensure a fast turnaround time. If a user ships 2-Day, Ground, or using any other, slower shipping methods, it will naturally affect the turnaround time of the results. The 'overnight results by noon' option is only applicable when using our UPS digital shipping labels.
