Standard Oligonucleotide Modifications for custom DNA and RNA synthesis

Eurofins Genomics offers a wide variety of modifications for both DNA and RNA oligos to meet the needs of virtually any project. Modifications that are regularly stocked in-house are considered the "standard modifications portfolio." Standard modifications are listed below.

Non-standard modifications

Non-standard modifications refer to a.) custom modifications supplied by the customer, b.) special requests from customers for modifications not listed in the standard portfolio, and c.) modifications that we have prior expertise with but may not keep in stock due to the infrequency of orders. In short, any modification that is not listed in the standard portfolio. Eurofins Genomics can accommodate requests for non-standard modifications. We understand that much of science revolves around experimentation and new needs arise from new techniques.

Attachment Mods

Amino, thiol, acrydite, and phosphate groups incorporated during synthesis allow post synthesis reactions for attaching a variety of labels or for coupling the oligo with other molecules.
