How to define plate mixture

Use the plate name to indicate the Pool Name and Number and which Plates to include in the mix, e.g. Pool 1-1, Pool 1-2…Pool 1-3…Pool 2-1…Pool 2-2…et cetera.

Formulation

• The formulation values apply to all plates in the upload. Example: user uploads 3 plates to mix into 1 plate and selects 100 concentration and 100 volume for formulation. The lab will normalize each plate to 100/100 and then pool into one plate with volume 300. 

Additional Formulation Options

• If you wish to dry the plate down after mixing, please indicate in the plate notes or order notes
• To apply a different formation per mixed plate, use one upload file per formulation. The plate names should indicate that it is one pool. After adding the first pool to the cart, rinse and repeat to add each additional formulation and pool.
