Directions for Dropbox

1. Go to the create account page and fill in the information.
2. If your institution gets discounted pricing, enter the price agreement number at the bottom of the create account form (video below).
3. Click the create account.
4. A verification email will be sent to the email address used to create the account. Open this email and click the verification link to confirm the account and start using it.
5. Once the account is confirmed, you are clear to begin using the account.

How to Link Custom Pricing When Creating an Account

1. Go to the order page for the product you want to submit. A full order menu is available here with all options. The most common submission pages are:
   1. Sanger Sequencing in Tubes
   2. Sanger Sequencing in Plates
   3. Nanopore Sequencing (Whole Plasmid Sequencing)
2. Enter the sample information such as the sample type, length, sample name, primer information, and barcode if you are using free or prepaid barcodes.
3. Click submit.
4. If you have Nanocoins, a popup message will ask if you wish to use the coins on this order.

2. Go to the My Orders page.
3. Open/expand the order.
4. Click the link inside to download results.
