Directions on how to use the quote tool
1. Go through the normal ordering process and add your products and/or services to the cart.
2. Inside the cart, check the box beside the items you wish to quote.
3. Click the quote button instead of the checkout button.
4. Proceed through the normal checkout steps. No payment is required. Click "submit quote" at the end.
5. Our team will review the quote and publish it back to the website. This typically takes 24 hours.
6. Go to your quotes page to proceed with the quote.
7. There are several options
- Download PDF of quote to share with a purchasing manager or for your records.
- Accept—converts the quote to an order. It will push the quote to your cart page, where you can checkout.
- Reject—cancels the quote.
8. Click the accept button when you are ready to proceed.
9. From this point you just need to follow the normal process to checkout an order. No differences.
