Driver Picks up Samples Every Weekday
A courier driver will pick up samples every weekday at the designated cut-off time. Your results are ready the next day!

Submitting Samples
The most common format for submitting samples is our free shipping labels, which can come in the form of (1) a digital label, which are printed during checkout, or (2) a physical label, which are ordered beforehand, depending on your location and other factors. The easy way to check which option you fall under is to look for a box during checkout for printing digital shipping labels. If that option does not appear, you can opt for option 2.
In addition, we offer dropboxes for local sample pickup at many large universities. Customers can go to the dropbox page to see if any dropboxes exist near your location.
