Ordering Options
Eurofins Genomics offers custom qPCR probes and predefined probes from the most popular dye-quencher combinations. Custom probes have more fluorescent dye options and greater flexibility. View list of complete modifications for custom probes. Predefined probes are the most popular dye-quencher combinations organized in a simpler menu for quick ordering. See list below for combinations.
Any order of MGB probe must meet the following requirements:
- Sequence length of 5–40 nts
- Require HPLC purification
- Be ordered in 5 nmole, 20 nmole, or 40 nmole quantity
- Require delivery in 8–10 working days
To order MGB probes, select your order entry method first:
Manual Entry
Select the number of required MGB probes. The Dye(5')–MGB-Eclipse quencher(3') combination can be selected in the next step. For your convenience, we have already assembled widely-used Dye–Quencher combinations. Enter name and sequence of the probes and press "Add to Cart".
Upload File
Download the excel file through the link below and enter the details of your sequence. You can select the Dye–Quecher combination in the second step after uploading the excel file. Please note that the selected Dye–Quencher combination applies to all the oligos in the excel sheet. To order probes with different Dye–Quencher combinations, you can add a particular combination to cart before uploading a second excel file with oligos requiring a different Dye–Quencher combination.
Copy & Paste
You can also copy and paste the name and sequence of your oligo, respectively, in the provided field. Ensure that you do not included spaces in the sequence. In the second step, you can choose the Dye–Quencher combination that will be applied to all the oligos.
Note: MGB probes from Eurofins Genomics are produced at our Germany offices and are licensed under MGB-Eclipse patents for use in human IVD applications.
