Process
- STEP 1: SUBMIT SEQUENCES. Sequences can be submitted through the 1) excel upload template, or 2) copy and paste. Required information includes the well position, oligo name, sequence, and plate name.
- STEP 2: SELECT OPTIONS. Specify Oligo Properties: Once the upload is validated, you can specify the purification, scale, and delivery format of the sample. If you choose for the oligos to be delivered in solution, please specify the volume.
- STEP 3: REVIEW. The third step will present a plate map showing all the wells that contain oligos. Red indicates an error on the well/sequence. Green indicates good to go. Click on any red well to view more information on the error.
General Tips
How to add multiple plates?
Plates are controlled by the PlateName column. When the name changes, the system will recognize it as a different plate.
How to add modifications?
Brackets [] are used to identify a modification in the sequence. The modification's unique designator indicates the specific modification and can be found below. Type the designator into the sequence at the desired position, e.g. [5FAM] ACGTAG [2FG] CTAGCTGACTGA[BIOTEG].
- PTO Bond: Use an asterisks to indicate a PTO bond in the sequence, e.g. A*C*(G*U).
- Wobbles: To order degenerate bases, use the single letter codes recognized by the IUB (international Union of Biochemistry). View wobble codes.
Restrictions
- The minimum number of wells per plate is 24 for 96-well plates and 96 for 384-well plates. You will be charged a partial plate fee for plates under the minimum.
