How to enter LNA bases in sequence
There are 2 ways: 1.) use squiggly brackets to enclose LNA bases within a sequence, e.g. AGTC{ACGT}ACT, or 2.) use a + symbol to indicate LNA bases in a sequence, e.g. AGTC+A+C+G+TACT.
Restrictions
- Sequence length from 5 - 40 bases
- Up to 15 LocNA bases per probe are possible
- Only DNA bases are allowed at the 5' and 3' end
- A wide range of dye-quencher combinations available
- HPLC purified
- Average synthesis yields of 2 OD resp. 15 nmole
- Delivered lyophilized or concentration adjusted in tubes
- Production takes 5 working days
Wobbles
Use the IUB code for DNA wobble bases (equal amount of degenerated DNA bases)
